Thanks, Dean. I was just about to start my practice and thought about capturing it. It is unusual for me. But a lot of my practice involves Rumi, who wrote like this about God, and I might have had that working on me somewhere, I do love the short ones too. Like yours.

Indeed. I am always amazed how much can be said with less words …

I looked at the candle first… I’m taking one tiny breath with it, honestly, like my brain loosened its grip for half a second…
